“ My husband and I went to this local restaurant on our first night in Puglia and we haven’t found a restaurant as good since. The food was filled with flavor and love. The service was excellent and the view was magnificent. This place is a hidden gem!!! The spinach was perfectly seasoned and sautéed! The ragu on the Orecchiette was the best I’ve ever had! ”

We had the pleasure to meet Marta, the owner of the restaurant, that helped us with the wine selection and gave us suggestions on what to eat. They make everything with local produce and you can taste it! I am Italian and my husband is French, we love food and we have to say: the asparagus risotto with bottarga was by far one of the most amazing dishes we have ever eaten.
